さなDIt was sold at a certain department store where I drop by on my way home from work.
I was not familiar with this sake at all, and at first I thought it was a shochu because of its name and logo. I was surprised at the name and the logo.
When I tasted it, I liked it very much because of its deep flavor.
The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki.
It was fresh as if freshly pressed.
It has a nice balance with a light umakuchi taste.
As expected of Niigata sake ❗️, there are still some delicious sake lying around that we don't know about yet.

It was my favorite sake, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. As the word-of-mouth review says, I could taste the strawberry flavor. However, the aroma is not so strong.
