風の島の菊鹿Sake freshly squeezed in Oita yesterday is served in Osaka. What a luxury. The simple sweetness of the rice is pleasantly sweet with a slight carbonation and a hint of acidity. Thanks to the brewer and the Urano Sake Shop. It was a nice evening.

やっさん0017I'll have it again this year. Forgot to order. I got a call from the liquor store. Slightly fizzy and sweet. A little strong on the alcohol. Tingling on the tongue Umami, bitterness, nice. Nf bapakIt is not sake, but it says that Nishinoseki is used.... It was a little sake flavor. I bought this on a trip to Oita. I think I was born with a good taste buds that can handle both sake and sweet.
