Yamae Nishiki x Dry
Yamae Nishiki has never failed me so far. Of course, this one is delicious. I have the impression that most of the Yamae Nishiki I have had so far are relatively sweet, but this one is dry. It is dry, but it has a mild flavor and sweetness that confuses me as to whether it is spicy or sweet.
