Today, I ate some oysters that I bought at a local supermarket for lentils. I was curious to buy them because I heard on the Kenmin Show that people in Hiroshima often eat them. So I opened a bottle of numero sis, which seemed to go well with the oysters. The aroma was grape. Lactic acidity and a bit of caramel. There is only a hint of gas. The sweetness is quite mild. The sourness is stronger than the sweetness, but it's not that flashy. At the end, the sourness changes to astringency, and the finish is crisp. The end of the drink is crisp and clean. It goes perfectly with oysters, and is really good cold or at room temperature. Now, I wonder how many bottles I can get this year.
