I drank Yamadanishiki Nama at home this year, but this one is fire-brewed.
It's delicious with a berry-like sweetness and bitterness from the sweetness.
I wrote in a post a few years ago that I didn't like Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, but this one was delicious 😋.
I also drank a twilight orange 😋.
