I think the acidity of the Sunburst is not as strong as I've been led to believe in the past.
The Kibotsuru Omachi is still delicious!

We used to enjoy Tojo Yamadanishiki 寫楽 very much! It's expensive though 😅.
We also had our first acid burst 💥 the other day and I agree with you that the acidity is not as strong as you say it is 😁.
