firmly dry (taste) Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is clean and dry, with a good sharpness. I literally killed the Shonan Sparkling in an instant, so I added something more sake-like. It is a jun-dai, so I think I could have felt a little more umami if I drank it first, but it is super dry.

Fashionable Forest Black Juntai Next, Junmai Daiginjo. It's marked in black and says Junmai Daiginjo. Hmm, easy to understand. The aroma of malted rice, a soft attack, and a little bit of foam. It has a juicy sweetness that enters quickly and lingers. According to the web The sweetest type. Goes well with hamburgers, blue cheese, and tiramisu. According to the web. So, I prepared hamburger steak and Gorgonzola. And when you put them together... it becomes a sweet and bittersweet drink for adults. Mmmm. It's pretty good. Well, I guess it's like a drink to go with western food It's like a drink to accompany Western food.

Stylish Forest Green Jun Gin We compare the recently popular Jyosu Mori. Let's start with the Junmai Ginjo. The color is slightly cloudy with a sweet aroma. The attack is soft, with almost no bubbles. It has a fruity sweetness that goes in quickly and lingers. At 14% alcohol, it is quite boozy. For my old man in the Showa era, Naeba means Prince, ski resorts, and Yumin's music. But this sake also has a stylish atmosphere that goes along with them. This is why the explanation on the label is minimal😅. The green mark and no mark are for Jun Gin. According to the web Fresh, juicy, and perfect as an aperitif. If you want to enjoy it with a meal, we recommend pairing it with pizza or pate de campagne. So I thought I'd try it with pate & baguette, which I rarely do. Mmmm. The sweetness was slightly suppressed and my appetite increased. I'm sure you'll love it.
