It has the freshness of nama-shu, but the flavor of rice is strong. It is easy to drink, which is hard to believe that it is a pure sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast stock.  やす☆First time for Souhonori.
It is clear, crisp, and sharp. As the name suggests, it is indeed dry.  やす☆First chuai.
