I joined mai-san and bouken on their liquor store tour. Finally, we went to Sakaigashi for some sake 😁.
It's been a while since I've had Sharaku and this is my first Aizan.
Mild and fruity but delicious in its umami and bittersweet complexity 😆.
It's a bottle I would like to drink at home slowly.
