I was able to join Mr. Umai and bouken on their liquor store tour.
At the end of the tour, we had some sake at Sakaigashi.
There was a sake that I was very curious about, so I tried it.
It is made from ancient purple-black rice and has a lovely color, like the middle of red wine and rosé.
It smells like aged sake and has a peculiar aroma, but it has a mild sweetness and sourness, like grape juice.
The chicken skin dumplings were better than the sashimi, and I ate them with a crunch 🙏.
