The standard sake of Tasake. I tasted what Umaisan ordered.
It's been a long time since I've had it, but I don't remember it tasting like this.
I heard the taste had changed, but...
It tastes like melon and apple, I don't remember it being this sweet and fruity 🤔.
It also has a bitter taste of rice, so it's perfect for during a meal, but it's also good on its own.
I'll have to buy a four-pack and drink it properly.

I asked Mr. Adachi, the toji at Sake Go Around about it, and he told me that he changes the flavor every year on the orders of the president.
Also, according to the proprietress of the bar where we toured the brewery, Tokujun is a blend of sweet and dry sake.

I also think the current Tasake Tokujun has become much sweeter 🙄I liked the clean taste of the previous one, so I'm a little disappointed 🥲 but I still drink it regularly 😅...

I have the impression that most of the breweries participating in the Kansai region are solid breweries 😅 so it's valuable to hear about the toji, but it's amazing to hear about the blending 😳.
