I don't remember much more, but I did have a drink at the end of the night.
I remember it being easy to drink, so it was probably a good drink. No doubt about it.
Has it been a while since I've had a Tobiroki? This is definitely a tasty one. And it's still a good one when I drank it. I don't care about the taste of Tobiroki, it's just that it's so good.
I'm not sure if my memory is clear anymore, but it was definitely a good one.
It was probably my first time to try the mountain women, but it was so good that I think I might prefer it to the other series on nights like this.
The only impression I have is that this one was also just plain delicious. But I think this kind of sake is a good sake that you never get tired of drinking.
It was delicious.
I have the impression that it was kind of normal and tasty. I drink so much that I can barely remember the day before, so I don't have a strong impression of it, I just remember that it was delicious 😅.
Next up in the Hitakami drinking comparison is the father's Short-stalked Watabune.
Compared to Yamadaho, it seems to be dry and refreshing. It is a beautiful sake, but a little less mellow.
This is a good sake in its own right.
It was also a comparison of Yamadaho and Short-stalked Watabune's child, Yamadanishiki, which gave us a sense of balance.
Comparison of Hikkami, Yamadanishiki's parent, Yamadaho and Short-stalked Watabune.
First, the mother, Yamadaho. Compared to the short-stalked ship, it has a gentler flavor. It is a little refreshing, but I can taste its umami and other mellowness.
I usually drink alone, but yesterday I had two drinks with a junior colleague, so I couldn't record it. So, this is my record for now.
The first drink was Kaze no Mori. I had it as an aperitif. It is a sweet and fruity sake. I think it is good to drink it as an aperitif or dessert sake.
I don't drink much sake from Saku, but this one is rather refreshing and light, probably because it's a junmai daiginjo.
As a hiyaoroshi, I think it could be a little more matured, but I think it's just plain delicious!
Mature atmosphere from the aroma.
Tastes just like the aroma.
It is the kind of sake that is suitable for when the weather gets a little colder.
Looks good warmed up.
Was the hiyaoroshi ban lifted yesterday?
First, hiyaoroshi before dawn. It's delicious!
It has a slightly acidic or dry taste, but the aftertaste is rounded.
(By the way, this is after drinking Tsukiyoshino, Kirinzan, Dry Evolution, and Kuroshijin Kuheiji, half a gouge each!
My first sake. It's from Ueda, so I thought it might be a sweet type. I ordered it thinking it would be a sweet sake.
It is indeed a sweet type, but the aroma and taste are also a little bit different from the others. Two? It has the atmosphere of sake made a long time ago.
If you have an image of Shinshu Kamerei, it will betray you, but I think it is good enough.
Looks delicious from the aroma.
And a delicious one to drink. The most fruity and sweetest impression I've had of Tobiroki so far.

I've already had Jungin of Mikuyo, Jungin of Mimuro Sugi, Jungin of Daishinshu + Imo Shochu water. Second house.
And when I tried to go to a yakiniku restaurant for the second time, it was full. I went to a wine store, but it was closed. The popular izakaya seemed to be crowded, so I went to a Japanese restaurant where I always get rejected. When I looked in, it was empty.
So, I went to Tetorigawa. Is it a clear and dry type of sake? I think I have had it several times. It was a sake that I drank up just by serving it.
I wonder if I've ever tried the Hitoroki Junmai Daiginjo?
This is a good one.
Good feeling acidity. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
