Kawanakajima Genmai drop collection All of the Genmai Kawanakajima are delicious and to my liking, but this sophisticated one is only sold during this season, so I managed to secure it! When we immediately opened the bottle, we were enchanted by its beautiful taste. It is a refreshing sweet taste like an adult melon cider! I will have Kukai, Kangiku's OCEAN series, which reigns high on my personal list of the best cospa sake. This is also a reasonably priced bottle, at around 1,500 yen for a four-pack, even amidst the rush to raise prices! Eiko Fuji LEAP YEAR 2024 KODATSU Since it is a rare bottle made with Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture, we compared it with our favorite Houou Mita Black Phoenix, which is also made with Aizan! Last year I was lucky enough to be able to buy a bottle of Tasake's light nigori, which I couldn't afford last year by a hair's breadth. The first cup was only the supernatant, and we enjoyed the fresh acidity that is typical of new sake! Save up for the sake you've been wanting for a long time. I was wondering until the last minute whether I should buy a bottle of this sake or not, so I decided to compare it with No. 7 yeast. Yamamoto No.6 Yeast Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu This bottle was brewed with yeast No. 6 from Shinmasa. It was so good last year that we are repeating this year! When you take a sip, you get the impression that it is a little bit hard, The sweetness and umami did not develop, and only the acidity was a little tangy, I heard that this year's rice was hard to dissolve, so I let it sit for a few days and let the temperature rise, and the sweetness and umami were much more pronounced. The other day, I had a taste of the Kutouryuu hanging mouth, and then, when I heard that the Kuroryu hanging mouth was now available, I immediately went to buy one! Kuroryu Jungin Hareguchi Nama Sake Kuzuryu had the best balance of sweetness, flavor and acidity, but how does Kuroryu taste? This one was too cold at first! The taste was quite hard from the moment I put it in my mouth, but as it returned to room temperature, the sweet-amami and acidity became more pronounced! Kutouryuu's Dorokuchi had a gorgeous flavor that could be enjoyed on its own, while Kuroryu's Dorokuchi had a refreshing taste that is perfect for a mealtime sake! Hashu Honor" by Kangiku Meizou released at the end of 2023. I missed buying this one last year, so this is a new bottle for me! Haneju Homare is a rice developed by Jyushiyo's Takagi Sake Brewery, and only a handful of breweries are able to handle it. The taste is sweet and delicious like Kangiku, but with a very gentle sweetness like Wasanbon. It has a shwashiness from the moment you open the bottle, but after the second day, it settles down and has a milder flavor, which I like! It is ranked high in the Nigorin picks of sake-loving influencers, but how does it taste? The thick, thick, thick sake that you can taste even before pouring it into a glass. The color is not like mixing ori or something, but the dense & slurpy feeling like a vanilla shake cannot be compared to other nigorizake, The rice flavor is dense, but when you take a sip, the strong acidity takes precedence and the sweetness is subdued. The first bottle to be opened on New Year's Eve is Tobitsune - Tsubame Tori by Tobirazumi Honpo. This one is brewed with highly polished rice (35% Akita Sakekomachi), multi-acidic yeast No. 77, and Yamahai. It has the rich apple sweetness that is typical of Hirasen Honpo, but with a clear and elegant aftertaste! The price of 3,300 yen for a four-pack is a bit of a drawback, but it is a bottle that you will still want to drink! Rice polishing ratio: 35 Alcohol content: 13%.
