It was purchased at Ura no Sake Shop in Yukuhashi.
It is my first brand.
At room temperature
Medium-bodied
Smooth but with a slightly crisp aftertaste.
There is a slight sweetness.
It is not that heavy, so it is recommended as a mid-meal drink.
It goes well with grilled fish, grilled chicken, or salad with a crisp dressing.
