The fridge was full, so we chose a selection of room temperature summer sake!
Kitajima was chosen from among Shichida, Mansaku no Hana, Mikuyo, Tenju, Yamamoto, etc.!
I have the impression that you don't see this kind of sake very often even in the Kansai region.
First time drinking
Banana? Aroma
According to my research, other people think it smells like grapes.
Quite a gorgeous aroma, a little too sweet for my taste
Fairly dry.
It has a coolness typical of summer sake, but it is more on the mellow side.
