The label in the middle.
It is a junmai ginjo, but it is close to the taste of junmai sake. The aroma of maturity and the flavor of the rice rushes into the mouth, and it is full. The aftertaste is moderately long and happy. The slight acidity may be what gives it just the right amount of aftertaste. I liked it.
I am sure it can be enjoyed warmed up as well.
