This is the first time I have seen Gagakuyo, which is not sold in Nagoya, in a restaurant in Nagoya. Soft mouthfeel. A hint of muscat flavor spreads and disappears quickly. Although it is a pure sake, it is light at 12.5 degrees and has a modern taste that is not like Niigata sake in a good sense.

The yeast is CEL No. 24 and the rice is Tosa Rei (Urara), hence CEL Urara. The label is said to be inspired by the image of Dragon Ball's Cell. It is a sweet sake with a strong melon-like sweetness and juiciness, which goes against the image of Kurei. It is beautifully similar to Kameizumi and Kaygetsu, which use the same yeast.
