Matsuo is delicious no matter what you drink! おっIyari-ri, Aki-agari and horten.
Aroma like yogurt. Slightly sweet and delicious. It is well chilled, which is a big help.
Due to the extremely hot weather, the rice is hard and difficult to dissolve, and Kitayasu Brewery, which is particular about sweet sake, is having a hard time making it. Thank you for the delicious sake.

Also surprised at the density of restaurants in front of Matsumoto station. ハマのオーラAfter much deliberation, I decided to have a second glass of Kamidori "Meiri" from Toshimaya in Okaya City. Normally, I am a Junmai (pure rice) drinker and do not order alcohol-added sake, but if it is Toshimaya's top brand and they have put as much effort into it as they did in their exhibit, then I am sure I will be able to enjoy it!
It is dry, but has a pleasantly full flavor characteristic of the water (from the Kirigamine water system) in the Suwa region.
Well done! ハマのオーラAn autumn limited edition from Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, the hometown of Bay Stars player Shugo Maki! Full-bodied sweetness and fresh sake's unique shwashiness! BreadfanThis is another white wine I'm aiming for, but a mellower one. Sweet? Many people may think this one is more like a regular white wine, but if it's a white wine, Patire definitely wins in taste. Was it the wrong opponent? BreadfanHitogochi 100%. With a low alcohol content of 13%, it has acidity, sharpness, and a delicious rice flavor.
It tastes close to Abe Shuzo's VEGA, which is my personal favorite. I love this kind of concept sake aimed at white wine!
I also like wine, so white wine with this kind of acidity and sharpness is absolutely delicious! ふじたClear and easy to drink. Refreshing. ふじたFruity and sweet like a muscat. The fizz is also well fizzy and tasty. ハマのオーラThe second cup was MIYASAKA from Miyasaka Shuzo, one of the five Suwa breweries! MIYASAKA is a freshly squeezed, undiluted sake. This time, after seeing a private exhibition in Nakano City (illustrated by Bay Stars player Maki) and monkeys in Jigokudani in Yudanaka, we enjoyed our regular stay in Matsumoto! Yukimi" by Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, the hometown of Shugo Maki of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. It is a junmai ginjo nigori sake! It is a cloudy sake with a slight effervescence. It is a full-bodied, yet slightly effervescent sake that is easy to drink. This time, in connection with Maki, we served sashimi of sardines from Kanagawa Prefecture.
