Kozaemon Junmai Umajyun Yamahai
The aroma of strong rice and koji, pleasant and robust umami, and a lingering rich aroma that leaves the nose with a sense of being in the wild.

Hanaboe Mizuhashiroshi Nigori Nama Sake
Milky rice aroma, a refreshing taste, and a sourness reminiscent of strawberries, followed by a sharp finish with a lingering strawberry-like sourness.
The "Hanaboe Yamahai Junmai" we drank before had a strong rice flavor, but this one has a gentle, fruity, milky flavor 😋. ポンちゃんGyve, here's another one 😊.
Hanaboe, I enjoyed the active nigori and would like to try this nigori as well! I'm drawn to Milky 😆.

I was so curious that I ordered it and found the lineup to be quite impressive 😁.

Shinomine Ura-Aka-Shinomine Shima Sake Shop Original
Aroma of rich rice, neutral umami with a clean mouthfeel, and a slight bitterness and spiciness that lingers on the tip of the tongue.
This is a private brand from Shima Sake Brewery near Enmachi Station in Kyoto.
I heard that they regularly go to Shima Sake-ten to buy their products, so I'm suddenly interested in their other lineups ✨. あおちゃんGyve, good evening 😁.
