After the three-drink comparison, we had a glass of this sake.
Hanaboe Mizuhashiroshi Nigori Nama Sake
Milky rice aroma, a refreshing taste, and a sourness reminiscent of strawberries, followed by a sharp finish with a lingering strawberry-like sourness.
The "Hanaboe Yamahai Junmai" we drank before had a strong rice flavor, but this one has a gentle, fruity, milky flavor 😋.
