[Drinking sake with ramen at Pojiya.
After finishing the three different kinds of sake, my friend who was drinking with me ordered a glass of sake, and I was curious about the sake that came out, so I decided to order another one myself.
Ajigasawa Yamahai Junmai Nama-junmai Nama-narashu.
It has a fruity aroma with a floral ointment-like smell, a clean but juicy sweet flavor, and a sharp spiciness that lingers on the tongue and throat.
First "Ajigasawa" 🎉.
Aomori's "Tasake" and "Toyobai" have a sweet-tasting image, but it has a very distinctive aroma and a fresh spicy aftertaste, but it still tastes beautiful due to the abundance of melted snow 😋.
I didn't realize how much effort Poziya puts into their sake 💦.
Now that I've made a drunken hashigo-zake course, I'm sure I'll be a heavy drinker from now on ✨.
