Raifuku Junmai Hiyoroshi. Ahhhh, the label... (´; omagaki) It's not in the fridge, it's out on the counter, and it's soaked in iced water. I can't help it.
It is mellower and sweeter than the hiyaoroshi from Ganki. It has a faint citrus aroma.
Ganki Hiyoshi Oroshi Junmai. It's one of my favorite brands, so I'm very happy to be able to drink it here. It has a thick umami and richness, with an alcohol feeling that slowly seeps in. It's so good! Tedorigawa Daiginjo hoshi. it is one of the series titled "Origin Series". It has a floral aroma with a hint of bitterness and a clean taste. I wonder if it is a citrus flower like tangerine or something like that? The second cup, Iwanoi Junmai Ginjo Tsuki Nama Sake. I'm glad they have nama sake available. The aroma is smooth with a gorgeous flavor. The acidity spreads slowly afterwards. I was returning from an outing along the Tobu Tojo Line for various reasons. I took the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line to Shinjuku Sanchome, because I had to take the Yamanote Line after going to Ikebukuro, which is a very expensive route.
Since I had come to Shinjuku Sanchome, I decided to go to SAKE MARKET for the first time in a while.
The first sake was Kamo Kanehide Special Junmai 13, which is a bit challenging to start out with a very dry sake, but sometimes it works.
It is dry, but at the same time gentle on the palate. The soft alcohol taste slowly spreads and leaves the palate. (Past logs)

Easy to drink Meer メールDespite the name, it sounds like spring, it's more like fall sake!
Extracted from cherry blossoms. Meer メールSweet and refreshing.
As the name suggests, it is suitable for a first drink.
It has a light sweetness that even those who do not like sake can enjoy. LifLinLeft over from last year's sake mess.
I didn't have high expectations because I didn't really like the overall lineup, but it was surprisingly good.
Dry, but not too dry.
