Left over from last year's sake mess. I didn't have high expectations because I didn't really like the overall lineup, but it was surprisingly good. Dry, but not too dry. Favorite degree ★★★★☆

That girl's cheeks...crisp like an apple. Yum. Kakehashi...a pleasant balance of subtle sweetness and surging bitterness 54...A strange taste that is hard to describe. It is said to go well with udon noodles, but I'd like to try it in person.

Freshly squeezed Yae-tsuru...super dense sweet taste. It is a rich sake for dessert. TAO...A refreshing drink. Soft sourness and bitterness are well balanced. Sasanami...refreshing and fruity. Not too sweet but with a hint of bitterness.

SHINKI Awa Tropical...Strong acidity with a tropical aroma. It is sweet and easy to drink. Science brothers....quite light and unadulterated. Slightly sweet and easy for anyone to drink. Kikuzen Shibori...fruity aroma like a banana. You can feel the umami in the midst of the miscellaneous flavors in this sake.
