I was returning from an outing along the Tobu Tojo Line for various reasons. I took the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line to Shinjuku Sanchome, because I had to take the Yamanote Line after going to Ikebukuro, which is a very expensive route.
Since I had come to Shinjuku Sanchome, I decided to go to SAKE MARKET for the first time in a while.
The first sake was Kamo Kanehide Special Junmai 13, which is a bit challenging to start out with a very dry sake, but sometimes it works.
It is dry, but at the same time gentle on the palate. The soft alcohol taste slowly spreads and leaves the palate.
