I thought this was the first time I had seen Morpho on draft, but the liquor store owner told me that it was released on draft to commemorate winning a gold medal two years in a row at the New Sake Competition.
It doesn't have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel its gorgeousness. It is juicy with a beautiful berry-like sweet flavor.
The elegant and gentle taste is common to the hi-ire style, but the freshness is enhanced because it is a fresh sake.
