Purchased at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
Although it is not written on the bottle, the store's pop-up says it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a sake degree of +5.
The aroma is like melon and muscat. It is clean and refreshing, but in the second half of the bottle, a strong umami and melon flavor comes through.
There is sweetness, but it is a bit on the dry side. It has a greenish taste.
I think you can feel the sweetness more after the next day.
