Purchased at Kimura Sake Shop in Tamatsukuri.
The color is beautiful like a cherry blossom. It's sweet, but not too sweet. It has more sake feeling than the other day's Amafuri. It is low alcohol and has a gentle taste.
Oze no Yukidoke is probably my favorite sake made with peach-colored yeast.
