I went to the Nada Sake Brewery and bought some... ♪
The adjoining restaurant was not open without a reservation... too bad...
Fukuju, my original favorite.
There were so many, I was excited.
And this one I chose, it said it was a limited edition, so I bought it.
It was a delicious junmai sake, mellow and delicious, just as I imagined it would be, since mellow = Fukuju.
I wish I could go back and have a meal there...

As the name suggests, this sake has a gaseous and robust flavor. Most sake with a gaseous taste has a mellow, fruity, gorgeous flavor, but since it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, it is dry and refreshing.

A Hachinohe souvenir, Saba Badabada is a sake that goes well with mackerel.
