Purchased after careful consideration at @Kinkichiya Sake Shop Masuda City This is my first time to buy Gassan, but I suddenly bought Ura-Gassan! When I buy a brand I don't know, I prefer to make it Unfiltered Nama Sake! Reasonable, 1650 yen for a 4-pack! If you like Kangiku, you'll be hooked! I regret not buying a bottle! Since I bought it on a trip, I didn't chill it before returning home. I chilled it in the vegetable room and drank it, but it still tastes great! I wonder if they have it in Hiroshima, I'll definitely buy it!

A miraculous encounter at @Yamatoya Sake Brewery, a must-have sake that I purchased immediately! Brought it to a certain director's birthday party. We all drank together, so I couldn't drink a whole bottle, But it's delicious! The first glass was a magnum size champagne Hakushu 12 year old highball from the sandwich. Yonotori was the world's first happy relay. If I ever come across Yonotori again, I'd like to have it all to myself.

Buy at Yamatoya Shuho Nakamachi Kangiku is a high-cost, no miss, high quality sake. I chose my favorite light nigori. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound. It is the usual Kangiku. It is addictive. I can't wait to try the others in the Discovery series.
