It is a noble sake, so it is sweet and umami. It is a dessert. I am not confident that I could guess it if I compared it with Shinmasa's Yonotori. I can only detect a slight bitterness of grapefruit in the aftertaste. It is 500 milliliters, so if you don't have patience, you will finish it! Please be careful. It will affect you tomorrow. Next time I buy it, I will drink a little before and after meals. I will be a repeat customer.

I jumped on this because it was a raw sake from Senkou. It has the flavor of a wooden vat. You can feel the Sengoku character. Drink it chilled and end up with a hot sake. Both are good!

The usual Sohno-Kangiku at the usual restaurant. Fresh juicy calpis. Kangiku's only nigori sake. Reasonable and cosy I had to save it at 13 degrees to finish it.

First 3 grains of Daimine New Sake. When I opened it, it sounded like "Shupo"! Unfiltered Nama sake, I like it, it's delicious. I probably drink it alone and it will be gone in a day. It is 2200 yen high cosmetics. Recommended for those who like Kangiku.

Buy at Yamatoya Sakepo This is the third bottle in the Colors series, following Cosmos and Viridian. The flavors within this series are similar, but I have never tasted it in any other sake, The alcohol content is low at 13%, so if you don't control it, you will end up drinking the whole bottle.
