It's too muddy and blobby.
because it doesn't open so easily.
I couldn't wait any longer
I got this one handsome.
Hmmm...
It's just like sake, but...
But it's not too strong.
Well-balanced
It is a gift.
Mr. T always enjoys drinking with me,
Thank you 🙌
Opened on Saturday and today is Thursday.
It's much more rounded.
I just love it, really.
My own souvenir from Hakuba skiing😋.
A friend of mine brought this guess sake to a drinking party.
I heard it is available locally at this time of the year.
It's a good sake with a sweet rice taste😍.
I'll buy it every year from now on 💕
I wonder if they have enthusiastic fans?
There is a T-shirt with this label "Shiboritate" as "Intumotate" and my husband bought it at Cortina ski resort a long time ago.
Amazing that the sake that the design is based on really existed!
Wish I knew about it sooner 😂.
Go skiing and get a good drink✨
I can't stop either ⛄️💖🍶.
Mysterious sake with 91% rice polishing!
It's not on my end of year sake shopping list.
I bought it for fun 😋.
It's, well, it's delicious!
It's great to drink it on a cold day with a pot of hot pot.
It stings 😇
I thought it would leave a sticky taste.
I thought it would leave a sticky taste, but it's got that sake-like quality that makes sake so good.
It's just a good sake! It's just a good sake!
I don't know what 91% means unless you tell me 🤪.
Shinanonishiki.
I got a nigori last year and loved it 😋, so I thought I'd buy it again this year 💕.
I was thinking I would buy it again this year 💕, but then it was discontinued 😭.
What a surprise 😭
Shinanonishiki is always challenging new sake.
I'm looking forward to more!
This year, I️ have a bottle.
In my opinion, this is one of the most exceptional nigori sake ✨✨✨.
I already want to drink this nigori every year.
Next year definitely two bottles 😂.
Junmai Activated Nigorizake "Fuka
Be careful when opening the bottle!
I opened and closed it
I repeated it several times.
It's not too sweet, but it's not too sour.
It's perfect for this time of year!
It's not too sweet, but it has a strong rice-like flavor, which I like.
It's a combination of different lees.
The aroma is fruity.
The sweetness is moderate.
It has a moderate sweetness and a good amount of rice-like lees.
The best part is that it's very affordable👍.
If you like lees sake, this is the one for you❗️.
I think I'll buy another bottle tomorrow😂.
A little spiciness of the original sake, a
A moderate fruity aroma, a
sweetness, and
And finally, sourness.
It is unpasteurized sake, but it is not so rough.
It is a good sake.
Thanks for the comment nabe!
Nango, good place to visit....
I always take care of you by skiing.
Even if it's not winter, I sometimes go there to heal my heart.

Satsukiyaki
I can smell the fruity aroma from the side I poured it on 😊.
Junmai Daiginjo's mellow aroma but crisp and tight, it's perfect for Satsuki's mood.
The aroma from the nose is that of a ripe melon.
It is lightly tangy, with a rich sweetness, but with a slight bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
It is the top clear of the activated junmai muddled the other day.
It is definitely delicious.

There are many sakes that say "be careful to open the bottle", but this one is really, really careful to open the bottle.
The unrefined sake sinks to the bottom, and when you open the bottle, it starts to boil up.
In our house, as you can see in the second picture, the contents seeped out from the stopper and filled the plate.
I'm a poor person, so I washed the bottle beforehand and ate the spilled sake (^_^;)
The label is a transparent film with the mountains of the Alps printed on it, and you can see the gushing unpasteurized sake through it, which makes for an interesting performance like a gushing cloud.
The taste is refreshing and yet full-bodied, even though you can feel the thick unrefined sake.
It was perfect for today's sesame miso soy milk nabe (^^)

Fruity aroma.
You can feel the sweetness and the richness of the rice, and it fills your heart.
There is no miscellaneous taste, and it is easy to drink because it is slightly carbonated, so be careful not to drink too much!
After drinking, you will feel a slight bitterness, but this is also good.
