亀田でん六
There are many sakes that say "be careful to open the bottle", but this one is really, really careful to open the bottle.
The unrefined sake sinks to the bottom, and when you open the bottle, it starts to boil up.
In our house, as you can see in the second picture, the contents seeped out from the stopper and filled the plate.
I'm a poor person, so I washed the bottle beforehand and ate the spilled sake (^_^;)
The label is a transparent film with the mountains of the Alps printed on it, and you can see the gushing unpasteurized sake through it, which makes for an interesting performance like a gushing cloud.
The taste is refreshing and yet full-bodied, even though you can feel the thick unrefined sake.
It was perfect for today's sesame miso soy milk nabe (^^)
