Honjozo Himezuru Ichimonji Kosaka Shuzo I bought this sake to wish for Gotoradachi at the time of his exhibition, even though I have not been able to welcome him yet. Now that we have been able to welcome him into the world, we will taste it to commemorate the occasion. Welcome to !!!! //// This one, along with Gotoradachi, is classy and versatile. I think we are very blessed to be able to taste sake with the names of characters from our favorite works in this way. Enjoy the sake while chewing on your happiness🍶.

Honjozo Gotoradachi Kosaka Brewery I went to see an exhibition of Gokoratte, one of the swords in the sword dance, and bought it at that time. It is light to drink. Since it is a short sword, it fits perfectly. Goko - cute ☺️☺️. It goes well with various dishes. It is fun.

Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Crystal Very delicious! I recommend drinking it very cold. As the name suggests, it is crystal clear. It is not angular, but more like a crystal ball. It seems to go well with pickles.

The male mountain is practically water. You can drink it like water. It tastes great. There is no sense of discomfort in the mouth. It goes down smoothly. Dangerous.

I really want to drink it again, so much so that I searched to order it personally and had to consult with my wallet.... I finished it.

Second round of sake received from Yamagata Sake Brewers Association's Kurafan (2/6) Gassan Shuzo GINREI TSUKIYAMA Junmai Ginjo Yukinaka Aged (limited brewing) With its fresh aroma, I thought it might go well with a salad...but this time the snack was grilled salmon. The aroma after drinking is similar to the aroma after eating muscat. I felt that it was a good idea. Delicious. I'm going to climb Mt. Gassan again this summer and I want to be a part of it ☺️.

Wait, what about the crafan alcohol, which is already gone? When did you drink it?

Yamaboshi, Daiginjo Yuki-No-Megami It arrived through the Yamagata Sake Brewers Association's Kurafan. We've been waiting! Welcome to my home! I'm drinking it while reading Riku Onda's "The Other Side of the Moon," so it's kind of a mystery. But I thought this drink was more like a lawyer or prosecutor than a detective. My impression of the drink was pentagonal, not round. It tastes like I want to eat grilled fish.

Yamagata Sake Collection! Rakuzan Rakusui was like the chairman of the environmental improvement committee, refreshing and clean to drink, it goes with every meal but it sets you up! I highly recommend Koigawa!

Q.How are you feeling? A. (Tipsy) I'm in a good mood. The second sake of the sake rice support campaign It is "Seisenkawa" made with Yukigami. I still like Junmai Daiginjo. You can drink it like water...dangerous. The aroma of trees spreads afterwards. It's like drinking in the shadow of a quiet lakeside forest. There is no cuckooing, though. It's a drink that welcomes spring. We recommend it.

The sake we ordered through the "Yamagata Sake Rice Support Campaign" has arrived. We started with Rokkasen Junmai Super Dry Original Sake. It's a bit of a buzzkill to drink! The aroma when you open the package (which you can smell when you're not drunk yet) is irresistible. It makes me want to eat grilled squid! The aftertaste is like a Shine-Muscat...? (I'm going to try my best to report it.)
