Purchased at a department store I bought this sake because it is made with wine yeast and was recommended to me as it has a different taste from regular sake. The aroma is soft and sweet when you shake the glass, but not too strong. The taste is fruity, a bit tangy and sweet, similar to a white wine. The aftertaste is clean and delicious. Personally, I prefer the fish in the shade of a tree for wine-based sake. (7/10)

I couldn't help but buy it because the sake brewer was elaborating on the sale at the Depa basement. I will use a tin cup to enjoy it as it is my first experience of kanzukuri. The aroma before drinking is subdued. In the mouth, it had a slightly sweet taste with a slightly tender texture and a strong sense of rice. When it is combined with air in the mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the aroma and you will be wrapped in happiness. I would like to drink it in the middle of a meal when I want to drink something substantial. (6.5/10)

We've just registered a new sake! Nada Sake, Junmai Ginjo MISA. I bought it for home use because of the Corona disaster. The aroma is a little sweet and the color seems to be light and muddy. It has a slightly fruity aroma in the mouth, but it is not sweet, it is more like slightly carbonated and slightly dry, and it stimulates the tongue. If you are looking for a dry unfiltered sake, you may like it. (6.5/10)

22/3/4 Postscript I left it for a day and drank the slight remainder. The aroma seems to have increased since yesterday. The texture is smoother than yesterday, and I wonder if the slight carbonation from opening the bottle has been removed, but unfiltered nama sake is twice as enjoyable.

New sake from my favorite saku. Gorgeous and fresh on the palate! I tried it a little warm, but it tastes best cold. It's the best!

We tasted some sake made from Yoshino cedar. It has a wonderful aroma of cedar. The sake is a little dry, but it is easy to drink and gives a refreshing impression.

I've always avoided nigorizake because of its unpleasant image. But when I tried it, it was a good boy, sweet and easy to drink! 8/10 points
