I bought this sake because it is made with wine yeast and was recommended to me as it has a different taste from regular sake.
The aroma is soft and sweet when you shake the glass, but not too strong.
The taste is fruity, a bit tangy and sweet, similar to a white wine.
The aftertaste is clean and delicious.
Personally, I prefer the fish in the shade of a tree for wine-based sake.
