I ordered it hot... and while I was waiting, I got it cold.
It has a dry punch on the palate, but when heated up, it has a slightly gentler flavor. When served with a very strong flavorful side dish, it goes well with it while softening the strong flavor of the side dish.
The aroma is subdued.
The regular next to me recommended that I compare the aroma between a glass and a wide vessel, and the difference in aroma was amazing!
