good fragrance Sweetness comes first little sourness Some bitterness at the end of the throat. Little smell through the nose Well-balanced sake If you are in a good mood, you will drink it like a fool 2nd day after opening the bottle A little milder? Mild?

at that moment I bought it because it was a cold chrysanthemum I tend to buy them without paying much attention to them. I tend to ignore it when I look at it carefully. chrysanthemums on the edge of a tree When I opened the package The lid flew off with a pop. Tastes quite smooth and mildly carbonated. There is a spiciness that you can feel in the back of your throat, but but it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. The smell through the nose is indescribably ricey I tended to avoid it, but A good sake brewery is a new encounter. I'm looking forward to the next two bottles of Kangiku stock!

I'm all about sweet, so I'm going to change it up a bit. First time in Yamamoto It's like a dry wine. but it smells and tastes fruity. Tingling sensation lingers in the throat and on the tongue When you swallow the spit after finishing the drink Aftertaste lingers in the throat Sake made with yeast and koji is has a variety of complex and interesting flavors.

Compared to Shintaka Chiyochi and Drinking More easy to drink than Shintaka Chichiyo A little bitterness in the back of the throat than Shintaka Chichiyo You have to compare them to understand. If you drink it by itself, it's absolutely delicious! Personally, I prefer Shinta Kachichiyo Chicho. I can say a lot about the difference if you compare them. But if you drink it by itself, it is a delicious sake after all!
