It's pouring down like crazy... but today is "morning cool" in Sairai! I've been looking forward to this bottle. It has a nice fruity aroma and the rice flavor comes through even though it's rather light... Sairai is delicious 🥰I paired it with the muro-aji fish... it was excellent 😋 Enjoy it until the second day! My plan was to enjoy it until the second day 💦 but it was easy to drink and I couldn't stop 😅.

Today we had bonito sashimi with plenty of condiments on top... opened a bottle to go with it! 😋 The sourness and fruity aroma when you open it...one sip and you can't go wrong 🥰 It's a bit sweet for summer, but I can't stop thinking it won't interfere with my meal! I was looking forward to the Summer Moon from Nabeshima! It had the fruity taste of Nabeshima but with a refreshing crispness that is typical of the summer season 😋 It had a moderate sweetness that was truly transparent 😍. It was a perfect bottle for the rainy season that is starting to get gloomy 🥰.

Today is Kangiku Ocean 99series Aomi!!! I happened to find some fresh shirasu to go with it... 🥰. It's fruity like an apple, but sharp and perfect for summer! It's like eating raw shirasu and pouring it down with a glass of this...is there ever such a happy moment? 😍LOL!

Today's Daiginjo from KANGiku! The white one was followed by the red one, TRUE! ...It seems to be a bit like an orikarami, with a smooth and shwashy taste. Pear? Aroma of some kind of rich fruit 😊This is delicious...I'm always impressed by Kangiku🥰.

Today's Daiginjo from Amami, the first of 4! When I opened the bottle and poured it into a cup, it had a wonderful aroma like muscat... Combined with a gentle taste like Amami, I could drink as much as I wanted... Oh no, I'm going to empty the 4-goupe bottle 😅... I'll have to be patient and think about how the taste will change after tomorrow... A very delicious bottle 🥹.

I'm from Fukushima Prefecture, but this is my first time trying the instrument Masamune! It's even better than I imagined... I tried it with horse mackerel sashimi and it was excellent...! The melon aroma makes it go as far as you can go... this is dangerous lol!
