Following last week's sake, we have another one from Kangiku, Denshogiku! Unlike last time, there is no bitterness, but it is delicious again😊I really recommend this sweet flavor of the sake made by Kangiku 😋.

Senkori, sparkling firework. This year they are having an assemblage of three different rice varieties! I was very excited for the first time... The aroma is still very fruity. The mellowness spreads in the mouth at first, but the aftertaste disappears like water...this is delicious!

Aizan 807, picked in the middle! I have been saving this sake for a long time and finally opened the bottle.
When I popped it open and poured it, I could smell the fruity aroma...it was refreshing, just like a green apple. It goes well with summer 😊The taste is of course delicious! Combined with the complexity of 807 this is really good!!! 😋
