Sparkling sake made with Burgundy wine yeast.
It seems to be similar in image to Champagne Extra Brut.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with just enough sake aroma and flavor left at the end.
Goes well with any food, but goes great with goya tsukudani (bitter melon tsukudani)
