Saga Prefecture, 2019BY, Sake rice: Saga no Hana, rice polishing: 70%, alcohol: 13%, unfiltered raw sake
I thought the name was cute (I didn't know it was as famous as Nabeshima in Saga Prefecture)
It had a fruitiness to it that was very refreshing, but with a sweet and sour aftertaste that was awesome!
