The 4th glass is "Tsunezan Eika Unfiltered Nama Sake"!
The fresh and juicy flavor is just like the pretty pink and white packet itself💗(I chose it for the packet, by the way lol).
The name "Eika Gingetsu" is derived from the words "Eika Gingetsu," which means "to love and enjoy the four seasons," and "to compose poems by looking at the flowers, and to recite poems by looking at the moon.

The third sake was "Saku Iseshima Concept".
It was created based on the concept of enjoying a marriage with seafood from Iseshima, and it has a sweet yet refreshing taste that goes perfectly with sashimi (especially lobsters). 🫵🏻💖

The second cup was Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo Dewa Sanzu 33.
The base flavor is sweet and fruity, but a bit of bitterness finishes it off to my liking ~ 🫶🏻

On the second day back home, we went to my father's favorite restaurant: ✌🏻
The first drink was "Haruka".
When I first drank it, I felt it had a surprisingly strong sake taste, but when I drank it with something salty, I could feel the sweetness and it was delicious!

We went to Aji no Beef Tongue Kisuke and had Kisuke label sake with beef tongue 🍶🥩.
It's not sweet or dry, just the right amount of umakuchi that really goes well with beef tongue!
I think salt goes best with beef tongue 🤔.
