The third bottle of Higashimatsushima City's hometown tax payment is the familiar Junmaishu. It's also sold at Maxvalu, so it's not new, but it's my favorite...! This is Urakasumi. This is Urakasumi. I got carried away and drank too much, and when I looked in the morning, there was only a little left... sad!

It was too cold, so we decided to go to a hot spring and went to Yamaga in Kumamoto. When we were walking around, we found a local sake brewery. It was a climb of freshly squeezed sake. ...I'd buy it, wouldn't I? As the shopkeeper said, it's fruity, sweet and bitter, and refreshing. There's a hint of gas. It's delicious! The aftertaste is also slightly bitter, so there may be people who don't like it, but I like it.

This is the second hometown tax payment. I've been avoiding Honjozo, but this is another good experience. When I drink it cold, it still smells like an ale. I immediately heated it up. Yes, it tastes better this way. I prefer it lukewarm.

I received the hometown tax payment, so naturally I charged for Urakasumi, which is my favorite. I started with my first dry taste. If you drink it cold, it seems like Urakasumi, but it's just not very tasty. When it's lukewarm, it suddenly has a sweetness and umami. It's transformed! I see. This is what you call heating up. It's delicious tonight because it's cold... it's the kind of thing that goes with oden!

First time to drink at home, active nigori! I blew up a bit at the beginning, but I was able to open it well! When it's nigori, you get the impression that it's sweet, but since it's +3 sake, that's not the case. It has a mild aroma and is easy to drink for a muddled beginner. Good, good, good!

I saw this sake here and was curious about it. It has a light sweetness. The sourness and the slight bitterness when you drink it down. It's a well-made sake. The price is reasonable too. I want to try the other Kaze no Mori too!

Once upon a time, when I was dating a guy from Miyagi, my guess was Urakasumi, and his was Ichinozo. That's why I re-evaluated my black history. When it's cold, the aroma is fruity, but I still don't like the unique flavor of sake in the mouth. The aftertaste is good and clean. I had it hot, which was prepared by the sake ladies yesterday. The sweetness increases, but the aroma disappears... I must have made it too hot. The sake flavor is still there. I think the hot sake goes well with the yagen cartilage.
