Congratulations to Gunma Prefecture on their first win 🎊 Houtoku was also strong 👍 I've been involved in baseball for many years, and every year I think about it, the population of baseball is decreasing, but the level of baseball is increasing 😱. Technology is advancing day by day ‼️ and especially the evolution of pitchers is exasperating 😱. The standard has changed to bats that don't fly, but I'm sure that in about 2 years, the hitters will evolve to the point where that won't be a problem. I hope my eldest son will make a leap forward in high school, but I guess I don't have high hopes😅. Anyway, the summer Koshien is going to be hot again this year ‼️ Now, let's compare Kame-chan.., In the end, they are both delicious and I want to buy both of them next year 😆. It's easy to understand 👍

I got a bottle of Urasato's 2 and opened it: ‼️ I drank 2 bottles of the first on repeat, so I have high expectations for the second👍. Oh, this one is totally different from the first one 😆. Much drier and less sweet taste 😋. A bit sweet and bitter like melon It's dry 😋😋 It's a drink that should be paired with a meal 👍It goes with everything 😋. The first one was sweet and I could gobble it up on its own, so I was surprised at the difference😱I wish they had renamed it if it was so different😆. Urasato has become a brand to watch 👍

After Miyamanishiki, I will go for Kinmon Nishiki: ‼️ Is it the first time to drink Kinmon-nishiki raw 🤔I don't remember! I honestly don't remember because I drank it all before mahjong 😆 Kame-chan is good on its own so it runs out fast 😱. It's not too sweet and surprisingly mild 😋 Miyamanishiki is sweeter and more gorgeous! I wish I could get it again this year, though it's hard to get the limited editions from the brewery!

Here's today's turtle: ‼️ Miyamanishiki, a limited edition of Miyamanishiki that I wanted to drink somehow! I haven't been to the brewery though 😆. I'd love to have soba noodles with Kame-chan 😋 and tempura sometime 😋! It's as good as silver 😋I'd rather drink two bottles of this considering the cost performance! It's like biting into a ripe banana 😋 Sweet and rich! You can have as many as you want on its own👍 It's before the vacations, so I'll be tongue-tied before mahjong 🀄️ again today 🤣.

Now that the fire-aged sake is gone, next we will drink the unfiltered nama sake 😋. I can't believe how much difference there is in taste between the two 👍. We had nabe and soba noodles, but it still goes well with soba noodles👍. Of course, it can also be served by itself 😋. This is the kind of dish that will be gone in a day! The sake cabin is overflowing with Shinshu Kamerei, so it's time to start consuming it 😆. We'll start with last year's Hitogokochi from Tozawa. It's fire-brewed as always, but it feels fresh 😋, not too sweet and delicious 😋. It's not a nabe dish, it's better with soba noodles! Well, it's good on its own, too, so a bottle is a 3-day course 😋.

I've got a bottle of sake cavi overflowing and I have to open it from last year's 😅. Hirotogawa's eh eh eh eh 😅 which is from ‼️1 years ago. It seems to be the specification of sake on display: ‼️ I've always thought of sake on display as fragrant and gorgeous. This is a perfectly ripe banana 🍌It has no flavor if it's too cold 😱Good sake tastes better when it's near chilled 👍 But this one is not too gorgeous and tastes more like a dry sake 😋. I'd like to match it elegantly with light food 😋. Hirotogawa is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good ‼️

Yesterday was the Dolls' Festival🎎. Miyajima 100th Anniversary Sake‼️ Sake from a brewery owned by a female master brewer 🎎. As expected, Shinshu Kamerei and this Genmai are by far my favorites 😋. It's only 300ml, so it will be gone soon 😆.

Seems like a lot of posts since it's leap year 😆. I drank the Central Leap, so of course I'll drink the Tenmei Leap 👍 The aroma is very nice👍What is it? It has a nice aroma somewhere between grape and banana 😆. It's a bit cloudy though. This one is delicious 😋I like the taste 😋. I'm so glad I bought it at Gonoi 🤩. It's just as good as the Ao no Leap's nigori 😋 I'm sure I'll become a heavy user of Gonoi's 😆.

It's got a little bit of nigori in it 👍Tastes good - smells good too 😋Sweet and juicy enough to be enjoyed on its own 😋Thanks for the noodles 😆I'll give you the win for the 🙇‍♂️3rd season 😆Good luck and get some points from the lower ranks 🤣 Fukuji has a slightly fruity aroma, if you drink it cold it's water💦I'd heat this up. The taste opens up a lot when it's lukewarm. It has a peculiar sharpness 😅It can be heated up, but the aftertaste is peculiar 🤣.
