The 5th item in the KURABERU series ⭐︎︎. It has a strong sweetness and bitterness, but the bitterness is not unpleasant and seems to blend well with the sweetness...and the second half is firmly dry...not that sharp. The first time I drank it, I thought, "Hmmm...? But it might be good after a few days...? If I find it again, I'll buy it... lol

Kuraberu series 4 item ⭐︎. Immediately after drinking, there is a sweetness from the rice, but the bitterness? It has a strong bitter taste (not well harmonized in my opinion).... I don't think I'll buy it again...

I like Takashimizu's dry sake, but I had never had any of their others and bought this one to try. It is easy to drink, with a spread of sweetness and a full-bodied, refreshing taste. It's delicious, but... I like dry sake, so I won't buy it again😅.

The third item in the KURABERU series☆. Immediately after drinking, I felt a little sweetness from the rice, followed by bitterness and a strong pungency. The sharpness after drinking was not so clear to me... I guess it is a matter of personal taste, but I would not repurchase it...

The second item in the Kuraberu series ⭐︎. The sake brewery is ummm... can't read it with my knowledge 💦 It's written "Koukoku Hare", Mikuni Hare! I'm learning lol. The sweetness of the rice is softly felt and the sharpness is not that great, but is it dry? I enjoyed it so much, I'd consider buying it again!

I happened to find the first item in the KURABERU series ⭐︎ with a reasonable size. Immediately after drinking, the mildness (sweetness of rice?) stands out. The mildness (rice sweetness?) stands out immediately after drinking, and the dryness spreads a little in the latter half of the bottle. Well...my kind of sake! I don't get the feeling that it is my favorite sake, and I don't think it is that sharp...(...) _.)

I've been curious about this Natsuyago nigorizake from Izumihashi, my favorite sake brewery, for a long time, and the label is so cute and summery...! I was a bit nervous to try it because of the trauma of buying a nigori sake that I didn't like before, but it was surprisingly easy to drink and tasty. It tasted slightly carbonated and had a strong melon flavor. Even though I like dry sake, I would consider buying it again if it were 250ml size.

I like Izumihashi. I had already had the red label, but I was curious about the blue label, which was on sale at a certain store for 300㎖, so I bought it immediately (laugh). Compared to the red label, there was a slight sweetness of rice immediately after drinking, followed by a dryness that spread gently but also a bitterness. The sharpness is not as sharp as the red, so I think I prefer the red. But it is still delicious.

The owner recommended it as dry. It was crispy and dry! It was quite sharp, but the spiciness was a little stronger than I like... but that's just the way it is... (laughs) In my opinion, it is a good sake to drink about 1 gou. I'd like to try other Tensei as well.

Recommended by the owner. Slightly carbonated. It is a little fruity, but it is refreshing and dry with a nice sharp taste. I myself don't like fruity wine, but I can enjoy it. I will consider buying it again.

I received this sake from an acquaintance as a souvenir of a trip. It has a slight sweetness from the rice, but unlike what I imagined from the name, it is crisp and dry, and very much like sake, which I like.... I will consider buying it again.

Purchased at a sake store after the owner recommended it as dry. After drinking, the sweetness was felt at first, followed by a soft dryness? I am not sure if I will buy it again. I am not sure if I will buy it again, but it is delicious and easy to drink.

This sake was given to me by a friend because of its proximity to a sake brewery. It is a bit dry right after drinking, but the fruity taste stands out. There is a slight carbonation sensation. The next day, I drank it again, but the carbonation was gone, and the sweetness was even stronger, and it was delicious in small quantities. As a person who likes dry wine, it is not my favorite, but once again, I can taste the delicate flavor. I can feel the delicate taste again.
