This sake was given to me by a friend because of its proximity to a sake brewery.
It is a bit dry right after drinking, but the fruity taste stands out. There is a slight carbonation sensation.
The next day, I drank it again, but the carbonation was gone, and the sweetness was even stronger, and it was delicious in small quantities. As a person who likes dry wine, it is not my favorite, but once again, I can taste the delicate flavor. I can feel the delicate taste again.
