The sake brewery is ummm... can't read it with my knowledge 💦 It's written "Koukoku Hare", Mikuni Hare! I'm learning lol.
The sweetness of the rice is softly felt and the sharpness is not that great, but is it dry? I enjoyed it so much, I'd consider buying it again!
