The aroma is fresh and fragrant. The moment I put it in my mouth, it tastes like fruity, but not sweet or spicy, which is strange. I feel it has no peculiarity as it recedes afterwards. It was a sake that would go well with anything. I think it's about time I tried some sake from further west, or even farther away!

I was curious about this summer draft sake, so i bought it! It has a fresh aroma and is fruity on the palate. It is easy to drink and a member of the Hitachi-Nishiki series. However, I felt it was a little sweet, so I thought it would be easier to drink with fish dishes rather than meat dishes. I thought it would be easier to drink with fish dishes than with meat dishes. I would like to look for the next Ibaraki series from my hometown.

I just had a bottle of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo-shu! As one would expect, it is sold in a variety of places. The aroma was refreshing, and the spiciness that came down my throat was gentle and easy to swallow! I drank it with grilled meat, but my friend liked it so much that I noticed it was gone. It was a bottle that I would drink again.

Bought this at a liquor store on a recommendation! It seems to contain carbon dioxide gas, so it has a nice sizzle and punch that comes first and then goes away, leaving no aftertaste. There was no dryness to it. Personally, I thought it would go well with snacks using soy sauce! As the day goes by, it seems to have changed to a mellower mouthfeel and become easier to drink (**).

I bought this sake when I stopped by Ouchijuku in Fukushima Prefecture. I thought it was an interesting sake with a different aroma and taste depending on the age. The aroma is refreshing and the taste is fruity, so I think it can be used as a sake during meals! It has a sweet taste, so I think it would go well with spicy food! It can be drunk very easily, so be careful not to drink too much of it ( *~9000~9000* )

This was my first time drinking Hououmida! My impression was that the spiciness went through the nose, and the aftertaste was not overpowering! It seemed to go well with meat dishes and fish, and I could drink it very easily. I stored it in the refrigerator and drank it again the next day, but after opening the package, it became mellow and did not interfere with the meal this time. I felt as if I had enjoyed two different kinds of sake! If you're a dry drinker, I'd suggest opening the bottle and drinking it up! I would drink it again!
