This sake was created as a project by the young staff of the brewery. It has a dry taste with a hint of a hint of sake that warms up nicely in the mouth and gives off a pleasant aroma. I am still a sake novice, but I enjoyed it.

I bought it at the Kinpikkuri Brewery. I got it for 1,200 yen because of the town's reduction. It is a junmai sake, so it is deep and has a junmai-like flavor.
