KimikoThis sake was created as a project by the young staff of the brewery.
It has a dry taste with a hint of a hint of sake that warms up nicely in the mouth and gives off a pleasant aroma.
I am still a sake novice, but I enjoyed it. 夜景おじさん62号Tonight we will be serving #Wakakura BLACK Jungin by #Takasago Sake Brewery in Asahikawa, Hokkaido with yellowtail sashimi and fried eggplant with minced meat.
The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it bursts with cocoa and bitter chocolate. It is a new type of dry sake with a crisp finish.
