The acidity is leading, but it's pleasantly bitter and sharp. It was delicious.

It was easy to drink and I finished it in no time at all! Maybe in a few years we'll turn into an industry-leading brewery!

Kame-no-o x Yamadanishiki x Omachi Assemblage The aroma is gorgeous on the palate, with a slight bitterness at the end, but it's delicious! After all, the hermaphrodite doesn't miss anything. I'm also looking forward to the "Sparkler" to be released after the Bon Festival. I hope you can buy one.

Sawaya-Matsumoto Shoriyaki Yamadanishiki ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Like: ★★★★☆☆ Price: ★★☆☆☆☆☆ I bought this one at a liquor store I don't usually go to because I was here and wanted to get something to drink. Maybe it's because it's a fire-roasted sake, but we found it in the room temperature section. It was served crispy and cold in the refrigerator. Maybe I was expecting a little too much because the mixed brew 👍 was pretty good, but there wasn't anything noteworthy about it, it was just average for me! Personally, I may not be a big fan of the bitterness of this brand But I still liked the fact that it was a famous brand, light and comfortable to drink and elegantly sweet.

It was blissful, with a more restrained sweetness than R and a fuller rice taste than X! If it's 2,000 yen, I guess we'll be fighting over it!

The one I drank at the store was the Women type (2019 sake rice) and this one was 2018 vintage sake rice. I found that a different year of storage can affect the taste. Personally, I preferred the Women type I drank at the store, but it was a brand I would drink again because it had a strong taste in the category called dry.

Takachiyo is famous for its sweetness, but I bought this one because it is an alphabetic type, and I was told that its aroma is also moderate. Shinsei Ecru Medium 2019 ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** Like: ★★★★☆ Price: ★★★★★ Ecru is the bottom line of Colors' It's satisfying enough. I liked it better after two days than right after opening the bottle. This is the first time I've had a medium-sized bottle, but it's not angular. It felt mellow. The top of the colors is too "sweet" for me personally. Ecru is about right.
