Another Kikusen from Takizawa Shuzo.
This is apparently a ginjo-nama sake brewed with "sake musashi," a rice suitable for sake brewing in Saitama Prefecture.
The name "Sake Musashi" is very good, isn't it?
It has a fruity aroma like an apple and a rich taste, but it also has a sharpness.
I see...apples...I see...
I was thinking of having dessert to finish off the meal, but it was so sweet and delicious that I didn't need it.
